Take a drive through the neighborhood and fall in love. Get a vibe for the lot locations and where you think you may want to call home.

STEP ②:
You can either contact our agent directly or any of the four builders directly to ask any questions or get acquainted.

STEP ③:
When you’re ready, a one-on-one meeting with your builder of choice. As a team, you’ll go through your customizations and an estimate will be given. Once finalized, your builder and agent will fine tune the details of your floor plan and any changes you may want to make as well as your interior and exterior selections. You can then sit back and watch the construction (and magic) begin.
